On the sixth floor, with elevator access, this ocean view condominium is a soothing home base for your relaxing beach vacation or busy exploration of Costa Rica's northern Pacific.

Casa Las Brisas is a truly luxurious, large 1400 sq. feet condo in the upscale Naxos building (Langosta Beach), just one mile south of the famous Tamarindo beach. It has a much larger floor plan than most 2 bedrooms in the building and it is the highest elevated 2 bedroom condo in the complex (6th floor). The only unit above us is the Penthouse. In the afternoon we have gorgeous sunsets from the two private balconies.

Amenities include a large swimming pool, BBQ area and free wi-fi. The building is totally secure with controlled access. There are only 26 units in the building, 4-5 on each floor, all privately owned. Because of this the complex has at all times a family flair and the common areas are never overcrowded.

The modern kitchen is well equipped for a quick pre-beach breakfast or for a nice sunset dinner. If you wish, you can enjoy a movie or your favorite show on the flat screen TV with cable. Bath towels and your bed linens are provided. The spacious master bedroom includes a jacuzzi tub and there is air conditioner in every room. The condo is also equipped with washer and dryer.

Your parking spot in the underground garage is located next to the elevators for easy access and there is additional parking at ground level should need it.

Enjoy the outdoor activities such as Sailing, Deep Sea-Fishing, Horseback Riding, Golf, Surfing, Turtle Nesting Tours, Volcanoes, White Water Rafting, Hot Springs, Zip-Lining, ATV's, Jet Ski Rentals, Wildlife Tours, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving. Our property manager can arrange for all these activities for you from his Tour Desk. There are one day excursions every day to Arenal Volcano, Palo Verde National Park, Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, Monetverde Cloud Forest or Tenorio River Rafting (pick up at the condo entrance) or if you prefer he can arrange for a private tour to the same locations.

Major airlines fly into Liberia airport, which is only 45 minutes from the condo, or you can fly into San Jose airport which is 4 hours away by car or take a 40 minutes commuter flight to Tamarindo domestic airport. Our property manager can also take care of your transportation needs, just send him your flight info and he will have a driver waiting for you at the airport for a reasonable fee.
