Villa Royal

This house is absolutely beautiful! It was like staying at our own private hotel. The house is perfectly decorated, beds very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. The added bonus of daily housekeeping was truly amazing. Wendy, the housekeeper keeps the house in pristine condition. The walk to the beach is very close but the hill is very steep! We still managed to walk it daily though! The views and the open concept were breathtaking.Cris, the concierge booked all our restaurants and outings! She was very attentive the entire stay. We booked Adrianna the chef through her as well. I would strongly recommend doing this. It was by far some of the best authentic food we had while in Cost Rica. Her and her husband were so lovely! I would definitely book here again

The Villa was a perfect spot for our family Christmas vacation! Everything about the villa was perfect especially the gorgeous views. Cris made sure our trip was everything we wanted. She worked with us as soon as we booked the villa arranging dinners, excursions, car rentals, basically everything that made it a dream vacation. Even while we were there she made our last minute requests a reality. Our large family had plenty of room. The villa was clean and Wendy made sure it stayed that way. Wendy's breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start the day. We all agreed it was our favorite vacation ever!

Place was amazing! The bedrooms/ bathrooms were very clean and bright and all of the outdoor space was amazing as well. The views were out of this world. Will stay here again for sure.

We had an excellent time during our stay @ Villa Royal. The treatment from the staff begining with Cris , onto Adriana and ending with Wendy cooking delicious breakfast daily was spectacular. The position of the house , comfort , safety. ameneties was super. The folks around the property and the Gate were very helpful. Cris referred super restaurants and excursions, all in all the trip to Tamarindo was a 10; we will return. S. Venuto

Our group of 8 adults had the ultimate vacation at Villa Royal. The house itself is beautiful and has comfortable accommodations for 4 couples. Great views and a fun backyard. BOOK THIS HOUSE! My family and I just spend an amazing week in Tamarindo. The house itself is amazing, the views all day are exceptional and the sunsets each night will blow you away. The house is new and comfortable and has everything you need to relax and entertain. The house is only made better by Cris and her diligent service. She helps arrange anything and everything you could need. Airport transfer, tours, surf lessons, yoga, restaurant reservations - you name it - Cris can help you make it happen. She helped arrange for Angelo, our amazing chef for three nights who created really delicious dinners and was accommodating to every person in our group. We will definitely rebook this home when we come back to Costa Rica! Thank you, Cris!!

Incredible house. Perfect location. Best views. Walking distance to the beach. This is the only place to stay if you're going to Tamarindo! The house is in a gated community with an armed security guard. The hosts are super responsive. Cris, the concierge, is incredible and will set all your reservations and activities. This is a hotel caliber experience.

The house in a word is magical. amazing views, privacy, beautiful rooms and fantastic pool. You wont want to leave the house and you wont have to. Super close to beach a 2 minute drive down mountain- 10 minute drive to huge supermarket and close to everything in town but nestled away in your own quiet oasis when you want it. Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining- sound system in out of house. pool was perfect and wonderful views from so many different areas. Out group of 9 included children and everyone loved it so much. The house is in a private community and was exceeded all expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. Again- AMAZING

Views for miles. You can sit at any spot in the house and just soak in the mountains, the river and the ocean. I don't know of many such places where you can have this beautiful unicorn of a view. Also the inside of the house is super luxurious and beds are comfy and the pool is big enough. It is a lux property, just not labeled such. Things to know: - get a car. Hill is v steep and this house is above the fray of Tamarindo town. Town has great food so you will want to go there. - Be quick to close the doors behind you. beware of the Langosta (look it up ;) it's every where in coastal Costa Rica)

First off, Adriana and Cristina were AMAZING hosts! Every question (and there were many!) was answered quickly and they really helped us to make the most of our trip. They also arranged for COViD testing in our villa - AWESOME! Can't say enough positive things about these two, definite ROCK STARS! As for the property, WOW. Absolutely stunning view and when you open the house up to the pool and view and let the breeze blow in, amazing. Everything was provided that we needed - plenty of towels, cookware, dishes, glasses, all available. Wi-Fi was great and the stereo was an added bonus. We were able to dance all night long out by the pool. Showers were great, excellent pressure and hot water. Outdoor shower got the most use! Beds were very comfortable and each room has it's own dedicated AC unit. Marvelous property, we will be back!
