More than a list of checkboxes or a menu of add-on services, our Elite Service level revolves around your complete vacation experience – from the moment you get in touch, to the planning process, to your vacation, to your flight home, we’ll elevate your experience with one-on-one communication, top-tier service, and the best luxuries we have to offer.
We hold ourselves to high standards. To us, that has always meant attention to detail and a full range of vacation amenities, services, and options. And now, it also refers to our Elite Service level, available at select homes.
Designed to eliminate your planning stress and create an indulgent Costa Rica luxury vacation experience, our Elite Services include:
- Daily Housekeeping: Our Elite Service homes receive daily housekeeping, from Monday to Saturday, exclusive of holidays.
- Laundry Service: Your housekeeper is also available (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays) to handle your villa, personal, and other laundry needs.
- Daily Breakfast Preparation: Wake up every day (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays) to the aromas of a fresh, homemade breakfast – your pick of either a traditional Costa Rican feast or international breakfast favorites.
- Snack & Cocktail Preparation: During regular hours, your housekeeper is also available to whip up your favorite snacks and cocktails. Feel free to request poolside service!
Please note that all food and beverage ingredients are the responsibility of the rents. We are happy to pre-stock your kitchen prior to arrival, so you’ll have everything you need upon arrival!
